A.M.M.O. Network is made up of a Team of Ministers from around the world who understand that the heart of God is that His children would work together in unity. Jerry and Sheryl York founded the Network formerly known as IMentorU.com in 2003 as an outreach ministry online which would help them to fulfill the great commission to 'Go out into all the world and preach the good news'. From its earliest beginnings to this present day this ministry has been non-denominational. The name IMentorU.com was changed to 'an Apostolic Movement Mobilizing Others (A.M.M.O) in 2011 when Jerry & Sheryl launched their 4th Fellowship.

The York's have always had a heart for mentoring and spiritual parenting. Mentoring is not just telling people what you know. In fact if we are truly walking humbly before our God we must realize that knowledge, wisdom and revelation are progressive for each of us. Mentoring is very much like raising children in that you must be willing to teach and train, but also it is of the utmost importance that Mentors learn how to let go and let those they are mentoring grow in the things of the Spirit as well. Mentoring cannot only be done by giving examples, but more often than not people grow the most when they are walking it out for themselves even when they are making mistakes a long the way. Adversity teaches and trains each of us more than we could even imagine.

To this day those who minister alongside the York's are encouraged to move freely by the Spirit of God. Although there may be minor corrections along the way they wholeheartedly believe that God is raising up His 'five fold' to work together in these last days to equip the Saints for the work of the ministry. Each office (i.e. apostle, prophet, pastor, evangelist and teacher) is important in the training up of a believer. Each gifting and grace brings with it different knowledge, wisdom and revelation so it is imperative that the 'five fold' be accepting of each others anointings as well as differences to further advance the Kingdom of God.

Each individual who ministers through the Network is either a full time minister serving the Lord in their own ministry or they are serving in some form of Leadership in their home church. Each is blessed and honored to be asked by Jerry & Sheryl to be a part of the great things that God is doing on the world wide web.

The Lord connected me to Sheryl before I even knew HE was giving me dreams....much less calling me to interpret them. lol. Sheryl knew right away and began mentoring me. What a blessing this has been!! I have grown in my walk with the Lord and I have been encouraged so much. Not only with the dream/interpretations/mentoring, but also with the other forums. I love the prayer room too!! To know we can leave our concerns there and that they are truly being lifted up in prayer is such a comfort. As well as all the teaching and sharing.

I have made some new friends who I value highly as a treasure added to me from being a part of this ministry. May you also be blessed as you join in.

Side note from Sheryl York: Karla Hawthorne has a phenomenal gifting in prophetic insight and dream interpretation. Truth be told she just needed someone to help her to see that it wasn't something she was making up, but that it was a wonderful gift from her Father above and that He wants her to use what He has given her to bless others. Karla is a testimony to what can happen when God places an Elijah and Elisha together. The Dreams Mentoring program opened up a whole new world for Karla, but it actually did much more then that. It also brought one of God's chosen vessels who preferred to live quietly behind the scenes into a new level and anointing that is now able to bless and touch the lives of countless people who the Lord brings across her path.

This ministry has such a warm and loving heart. I tripped into you by accident in some of the darkest hours of my life. Daily ministry by either your words, encouragement and prayers has helped me so much to grow. Sheryl, when you sent me that book "Seeds of Discord" you kick started me by opening my eyes to something so new. It was the stepping stone I needed. That one book opened the door for me, that I will always eternally grateful. I am now finding the part of me, that I never knew, but through the healing that I have been going through, I am becoming more of the woman of God that I am called to be. The whole ministry team has a deep place in my heart. Karla has helped me understand on a deeper level what God has been speaking to me. He has literally been talking to me through this whole travel I have been on for this last year, but I didn't see it at first. But now looking back, He has spoken to me about every single thing. I can never ever put into words my appreciation for all that you have done for me. You are truly a Blessing from God. And you don't turn away the hurting, and that makes you great, because you truly care.
